Returns policy

• Prepare the Package: Pack the item securely, ensuring it is in a reasonable condition. Include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase in the package.

• Ship the Item: Send the item to the return address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered items.

• Receive Your Refund: Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund. Please allow a certain number of days for the refund to appear in your account.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
